Doctor Evidence allows individual patients and consumers to participate in reviewing the evidence and to take control of their healthcare experience through Doctor Evidence Patient Services.

It is easy to get started. Just fill in the short form below and client services will get back to you within 24-48 hours to confirm you understand the Doctor Evidence service(s) and technologies. To do an evidence project with us, you will need to frame your question(s) with one of our evidence specialist physicians. This process is done via email with the physician. Prior to this email process, make sure you have all your relevant medical information available for reference. In addition, you must review the Demo on our home page. We recommend you review the entire website, including the “About Us” pages. There is a standard good faith fee of $50 to frame your question(s) with the Doctor Evidence physician, which will be applied to your evidence project fee.

Fees for our core service—Evidence Projects—are usually $250 for each framed question (click here for an example of an invoice). All Evidence Projects will include a personal login to our Portal where all of your medical evidence will be stored and delivered for your review. Your personal Portal includes a medical dictionary tool to help you understand the evidence. Other Portal tools are featured in the Demo on the Home page.

Our services can take 1 day to 6 weeks to complete, depending on the nature of your evidence project, your timeframe and availability.

For our clients who desire additional consultation time outside of our standard consultation service, we can refer you to one of our evidence specialists, billed at $75 an hour, as needed. If you require additional services, such as our Insurance Advocacy or Medical Concierge services, those services will be estimated on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the services required. We take MasterCard and VISA and can make other payment arrangements as necessary.
